SB803 requires a workers’ compensation impartial exam to be conducted by a doctor whose specialty is appropriate for the injury to be examined in cases where the director of labor and industrial relations appoints a doctor to conduct an exam. Appropriates funds for the purpose of this measure. Effective 01/07/2059.

The deadline to submit testimony is Thursday, February 26, 2015, at 9:00 a.m.
Although late testimony may be submitted on the day of the hearing, any testimony submitted less than 24 hours prior should also be printed and sent to the WAM chair as a hard copy. In-person testimony will not be accepted at the public hearing.
