It’s Kiani, from Ke Ola Mamo. We’re doing a men’s group again here in Nanakuli, this group is a once a week for three weeks course of health education on Colon Cancer, Lung Cancer, and introduction. We will be also providing a healthy dinner for the men. If men are interested please have them call Laura 808-668-1110 to reserve a spot. This group is at No cost, all we ask is to register with Ke Ola Mamo to receive these classes(ID & Medical card is required to register. I’ve attached our flyer to this email.

DOT: Oahu LAne Closures for the Week Ending Sept. 25 2015

PLEASE NOTE: Lane closure schedules may change at any time without further notice. All projects are weather permitting.

— H-1 FREEWAY —

1) AIEA TO PEARL CITY (NIGHT WORK) Four lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Kaamilo Street Overpass and Aiea Heights Drive Overpass on Tuesday night, Sept. 22, from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m., for precast panel work.
2) EWA Shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Ewa Off-Ramp (Exit 5A) and the Kualakai Parkway Underpass on Monday, Sept. 21, through Friday, Sept. 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for utility installations.
3) HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK) Lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the Punahou Street Off-Ramp (Exit 23) and Ainakoa Avenue on Sunday night, Sept. 20, through Friday morning, Sept. 25, from 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., nightly, for striping installations.
4) HONOLULU (WEEKEND WORK) Right lane closure on the Pali Highway Off-Ramp (Exit 21A) of the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction on Thursday, Sept. 24, through Friday, Sept. 25, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for tree trimming.
5) PEARL CITY TO WAIPAHU Two right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Pearl City/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) and the H-1/H-2 Split on Monday, Sept. 21, through Friday, Sept. 25, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for deck widening. 6) PEARL HARBOR Right lane closure of the Arizona Memorial/Stadium Off-Ramp (Exit 15A) of the H-1 Freeway to Kamehameha Highway in the westbound direction on Monday, Sept. 21, through Friday, Sept. 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for the rail project. 7) SALT LAKE TO HONOLULU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (NIGHT WORK) Partial closures of the airport ramps on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction on Tuesday night, Sept. 22, through Friday morning, Sept. 25, from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m., nightly, for deck sealing. All ramps will remain open. Motorists are advised to pay attention to all traffic control signs, allow for extra travel time and slow down in the work zone area.
