Kapolei affordable housing applications being accepted now until March 9th, 2016

There is a new affordable (townhouse) housing complex that is being built in Kapolei across/near the Kroc center for individuals, seniors and families with incomes between 30%-60% of Honolulu’s median incomes as established by the Department of housing and urban development (more info in the brochure link). The affordable housing in Kapolei has 188 units that range from 1 to 3 bedrooms. If interested, application must be post stamped no later than March 9th 2016. Applications being accepted & preferred by mail and selection process will be done by lottery.
