Aloha Senator Shimabukuro,
Hope this email finds you well. We are writing to update you on the status of our Halona project.
The City is scheduled to commence work on our property located at 86-537 Halona Rd in Waianae. The property consists of a dilapidated structure which the City will demolish and replace with three modular units to provide housing for families and households that are or have experienced homelessness. Construction activity will begin during the week of July 25, 2016, and is scheduled for completion in October 2016.
Attached is a copy of the letter which we are mailing out to your office, along with additional information regarding the project. As always, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or comments, and thank you for your hard work on behalf of your community.
